THAME FOODBANK

SUPPORT FOR LOCAL PEOPLE

Sharing Life Trust is a local charity that has run the Thame Foodbank since 2012 and helps to support local people who are struggling with their finances and need a little extra help to feed their family.

Need Help

We are here to support you.

How you can get help!

Get Help

We are committed to helping people who, for whatever reason, are unable to afford the basic foods that they need. Our aim is to provide a household with a food parcel that will deliver enough to feed them for about a week, whether it is one person, a couple or larger family.

We deliver each weekday Monday to Friday and the areas that we deliver to, include Thame, Chinnor, Watlington, Chalgrove, Stadhampton, the Milton’s, Wheatley, Long Crendon, Oakley, Brill and Haddenham.

To get help just call one of the numbers below, the phone is monitored between 9:30am and 1:30pm each weekday between Monday to Friday but if you call outside these hours, just leave a message and we will call you back. Alternatively if it is a food parcel that is required, you can click on the REFER SOMEONE Button below and complete an online form to request a food parcel

Getting Support from the Foodbank

Unlike most foodbanks because we live in a rural area, we deliver food to our clients, after first telephoning them to establish what they need.

We deliver each weekday Monday to Friday and the areas that we deliver to, include Thame, Chinnor, Watlington, Chalgrove, Stadhampton, the Milton’s, Wheatley, Long Crendon, Oakley, Brill and Haddenham.

If you require support or want to refer someone else please click on the REFER SOMEONE button below and complete the online form and we will call the person to follow up the referral.

Volunteer

We are always looking for extra volunteers to help with our foodbank, either packing food parcels or if you have a car delivering food parcels to our clients around the area.
